Incident Description and Resolution IS&T teams have investigated the issue and found that most issues seem to self resolve. IS&T teams have investigated the issue and found that most issues seem to self resolve.Additional Information
We are still investigating the VPN environment .If you continue to have repeated occurrence of this issue, even after restarting, our Network team requests that you send a new email to IT Help Center with a screen shot of the Cisco VPN (AnyConnect) box, and the error message you receive. Thank you.
