Posted by just now. Here in the Philippines, we have two ISP providers; Globe and PLDT. My main internet connection is through PLDT but Anydesk seems to be slow when using PLDT. However, when I switch to Globe, performance significantly increases. Discover AnyDesk, the secure & intuitive remote desktop software, and take advantage of the application's innovative features! If your remote connection is slowing down your file transmission and other server functions it could be that you need to either put more Ethernet cables into your server. If you cant, buy a better network card. Another suggestion is that you buy a better switch. Sounds like this is purely a bandwidth issue.
Hey all,I recently bought a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ and installed AnyDesk on it with the aim of using the Pi to remote access another pc of mine. This pc is quite a high spec pc running windows.

However when I try to remote onto this pc, through the Pi, the performance is so slow it is unusable. I turned down the AnyDesk setting on both the pc and the Pi to maximise performance but this has made no difference. I don't know much about hardware, but assumed that as AnyDesk is simply a viewer of the screen the low spec of the Pi should be ok for this purpose. Am I being stupid and the Pi is just not capable of this sort of use? Or are there some settings I need to change
